New York Law Journal Mentions Four of Our Motor Vehicle Victories

Here at Lurie, Ilchert, MacDonnell & Ryan LLP, everything our New York City personal injury attorneys do, we do for our clients. We always want to help people get back on their feet and stop at nothing to ensure that injured people are fairly compensated. To be honored by the New York Law Journal means so much to us.

The New York Law Journal teamed up with VerdictSearch to discover and highlight some of the best motor vehicle accident case results and settlements in New York in the last five years, and we are proud to say that four of our cases were mentioned. (The entire publication can be viewed through their website here.) The primary deciding factor was the actual settlement or verdict amount; as a law firm that has 150 recoveries ranging from $1 million or more since our founding, we had a strong chance of securing spots due to our case history alone. The noteworthiness of a case – such as one that broke new legal ground or used creative strategies to secure a victory – was also considered.

This recognition does not give us reason to rest on our laurels, though. Instead, we are motivated to continue to bring excellent legal services to the good people of New York at competitive prices. In fact, to help our clients through their difficult times, we offer contingency fee agreements, which mean we don’t get paid unless they win a fair settlement.
